At the BCPWA Annual General Meeting on August 23, 2008, the membership chose the following individuals to serve on the Board of Directors:
- Denise Becker - appointed Dec.7, 2008, serving to 2009
- Lorne Berkovitz - serving to 2009
- John Bishop - serving to 2009
- Ken Buchanan - serving to 2010
- Damien Callicott - serving to 2009
- Philip Dawson - resigned Nov.5, 2008
- Ryan Kyle - serving to 2010
- Sandy Lambert - resigned Nov.5, 2008
- Malsah - serving to 2010
- Keith Morris - serving to 2010
- David Murdoch - appointed Dec. 3, 2008, serving to 2010
- Richard Theriault - serving to 2009
- Glyn Townson - serving to 2009
The BC Persons With AIDS Society has an eleven-member Board and each Board Member serves a two-year term. Individuals elected to the board are HIV-positive, full voting members.
