Who can be a volunteer with the BCPWA? Anyone!
Our volunteers represent a diverse range of backgrounds, cultures, experiences, abilities and lifestyles. Whether living with or affected by HIV/AIDS, we believe everyone has something of value to contribute and we encourage you to get involved!
Many of the programs and services we provide would not exist without the generosity, talents, and commitment of our volunteers.
What can I contribute as a volunteer?
Your unique experience and valuable skills can help:
- Assist with administrative functions in various departments
- Provide support for daily operating functions
- Shape the planning, organization and implementation of numerous services
- Guide the agency through the Board of Directors and various committees

1. Print out the Volunteer Application form and return it to our Information Desk located on the second floor of 1107 Seymour Street, Vancouver.
2. Fill out the Application as completely as possible and return it to the address noted above or fax it to 604.893.2251.
3. Wait to be contacted by the BCPWA Volunteer Services Coordinator. The coordinator will set up an initial interview to introduce you to the Society and match you to the most appropriate department.
